
The movement class aims at becoming more aware of one’s body, of how it moves, how we can use the breath to support and enhance our movements. The class focuses on stretching exercises, gentle muscular reinforcement, alternating between soft and dynamic movements; while always being aware of one’s breathing while moving the body.
